The management team has several years of experience in software quality assurance. Together they trained hundreds of certified testers.

Adrian Zwingli, CEO

Originally a Swiss instructor of the Certified Tester trainings and founder of Swiss Testing Day, Adrian Zwingli has majorly characterized testing in Switzerland.

As CEO at SwissQ he tirelessly continues to keep this momentum going and manages repeatedly to amaze with new visions which he transfers from words into actions, for example with the SwissQ Trendwave.

Silvio Moser, CTO

In his career spanning over 20 years in IT, Silvio has got to know Software development in all its diversity - as a Developer, Business Analyst, Six Sigma Black Belt and of course Test Manager.

This combined with his experience as Head of a Competence Center and numerous consulting activities in various companies, helps him find rapid solutions for certain problems.

Reto Maduz, COO

Reto is responsible for the operational management as Chief Operating Officer of SwissQ business consulting. He is pushing the strong growth of SwissQ with the Board. Prior to taking over his duties as COO, he served in various IT projects as Business Unit Director Java Applications working for international corporations.

Reto Maduz studied electrical Engineering HTL at the HSR and completed a postgraduate diploma in Industrial Engineering at the PHWZ.
